Privacy Policy

Effective June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RSP (“RSP”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RSP platform at prod.rspapp.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, role (coach, athlete, guardian), and organization.
Performance data — athlete metrics, training programs, and related content you create in the Service.
Google account data — when you connect Google Calendar, we access calendar data through Google OAuth (see below).
Connected health integrations — if you link a provider such as WHOOP, we store the synced records you authorize.

Google Calendar data and OAuth scopes

When you connect your Google account, the Service requests the following scopes only to synchronize your coaching schedule with your calendar:

calendar.readonly / calendar.calendarlist.readonly — to read your calendars and existing events so sessions do not conflict.
calendar.events — to create, update, and remove the session events you schedule within RSP.

Limited Use disclosure

RSP’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the Service, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you give explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

How we use information

Provide and operate the Service, including scheduling and calendar synchronization.
Generate performance reports and coaching insights you request.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations, with members of your own organization as required for the coaching workflow, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a Google or health integration at any time, which revokes our access and removes the stored tokens. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@rspapp.ai.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and encryption of stored access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
