These Terms govern your use of the RSP platform at prod.rspapp.ai operated by RSP. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your content and data

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant RSP the rights needed to host and process that content to provide the Service. Our handling of personal and Google account data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar and WHOOP. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you authorize RSP to access them on your behalf when you connect them.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
